Secret Bakehouse was a passion project centered around a unique soft cookie with intriguing flavours like Malteaser, matcha, espresso, salted egg yolk, and cereal. To test the local Vancouver market, the founder decided to adopt a cloud bakery model, where the location of the bakery would remain a secret, but customers could order online for pickup or delivery.
