MacKenzie Heights Residence

At id+b studio, forever homes have a special place in our hearts. The new owners were a young couple who had upsized from a townhouse. They were looking to transform this residence into the ideal home in which to watch their two children grow up, and in which to grow old together. With this in mind, we worked closely with the family to design spaces that would fit their lifestyle today but also remain relevant well into forever, planning out the closet, kitchen cabinetry, and even adding a clever and functional hidden pantry. We used high quality materials and finishes to ensure longevity, and timeless hexagonal tiles in the kids’ bathroom.
